Fitness classes at RDC are the perfect blend of fun, dance, and fitness. These classes run on a rotational schedule and require pre registration due to COVID tracing requirements. We are always looking to add classes to our fitness programs so check back every so often to see if we add anything new!
Bolly X Fitness
A Bollywood inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography and the hottest music from around the world. A cardio workout that cycles between higher and lower intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating and loving life!
Is an exercise fitness dance program that has become fairly widely known since the 1990s. Combining latin and international music with fun, easy to follow routines, you will be sassy and smiling all the way through!
We couldnt have fitness classes without a dedicated stretching and mobility class. This class goes through each part of your body to relax, lengthen and refresh through a series of connecting movements. Lightly inspired by lyrical and modern dance.
